Linked Here, please find my third weekly report from the Wyoming Legislative Budget Session. We have one week remaining. We have three important bills still making their way through the process. The first is SF 006, Real Estate Exemption Restoration, which restates and clarifies our long standing exemption for Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance requirements for real estate licensees. The second is SF 0113, Community Development Districts. This bill creates a new tool for developers to work with municipalities for needed infrastructure and desired amenities in new developments. And finally, the debate regarding municipal jurisdiction outside their corporate boundaries may finally be coming to an end if HB 0014 as amended in the Senate passes.
