The bill allows the Community Colleges to offer 4 year degrees in bachelor of applied science. The bill has been endorsed by most every business oriented organization in Wyoming. The University of Wyoming opposes the bill. It's become a bit of a turf war. Please urge your Representative to support the bill as written. The Wyoming REALTORS Board of Directors voted to endorse the bill!
