We're heading into the home stretch of the Wyoming Legislative session. There are only 7 working days left, if they adjourn as planned. I've attached this week's update on the bills we're following. This week the House killed the Community Development District bill and the Senate killed the Tourism Improvement District bill. There appears to be a growing rift between the Senate and the House, but as soon as the budget bill is concurred (both houses agreeing to one version), things should calm down. Thanks to all of you that made it last week to the Wyoming REALTORS legislative meetings. Big shout out to President Dennis Baker for running a great event. Thanks, L.
